It's been awhile since Shaker Down needed to see a job to completion. Then again as of late he had more time on his hooves than he thought. Searching for that particular mare had taken a back burner to his business deals in Manehattan. As it stood more than a few competitors had cropped up but was swiftly dealt with. Such as his current competitor standing before him...sort of.

"Well I usually wouldn't deal with some pony like you but I heard that you said I was...hiding behind my men. Well here I am."

The gagged ruffed up earth pony could only try to shy away from the one eyed gaze of the mobster in black. His struggling did nothing to dislodge his hooves from the quickly drying cement around them. The sounds of the harbor at his back alerted him to what was about to take place here, the muffled pleading only got louder.

"Since I ain't hearing no words from ya, means you ain't got nothing important to say. Don't you worry, you won't be alone down there for long."

Shaker's horn lit up to grabbed the now cement hooved pony before him, dragging him to the edge of the pier.

"Your family won't be to far behind. Gotta keep status quo. No hard feeling ya?"

As Shaker down taunted the demoralized pony, a single boat slowly floated towards the shore. It was, to all sight, completely empty of life, and just being guided by the current of the water. It was truly empty, but it's presence there had more purpose. A thin line connected the bow of the ship to Razma's claw, and she pulled it along as she flew above the water, hiding her approach to Shaker down with a small cloud.

Shaker glanced at the small boat approaching wondering who would be out so late close to his turf. Turns out it was an empty vessel, whatever not worth thinking over. Junk floats around here all the time as it were. Looking back to the frantic stallion he pushed him over into the water, watching him swiftly sink beneath the surface with a pleased grin.

"Nothing warms my heart like a good honest days work. I think I have enough time to head back to his home, grab the wife and kids, show em where daddy is, toss em in as well. No pony likes loose ends after all."

Turning from the dock he walked slowly along having his magic grab the black bundle seated next to the dock. The familiar weight settling on his back once more.

Just as Shaker turned away, a weighted rope was thrown down, wrapping around the pony's midsection. Razma grunted with effort and hauled him, dripping and gasping for air, out of the water, dropping him on the boat. "Get to safety," she hissed at him, and he wasted no time at all in piloting the boat away, rushing to get help for himself and his family. Razma, meanwhile, prepared herself for her true task - to bring Shaker Down in to face proper justice for his crimes.

(Cunning for initiative: 14)

Shaker Down stopped as he heard the pony gasp for breath behind him. Who would dare get involved with his business dealings. Turning to look he saw a gryphon flying behind him over the pier. The mobster glared his one good eye at the interloper taking a step towards her.

"You got some nerve bird, getting involved in things not dealing with you. Who are you?"

((11, Shaker gets first blow))

"I'm here to take you down, Shaker. That's all you need to know."

Razma folded her wings and dove down, directly towards the unicorn gangster. She had a length of rope in her claws, one she seemed prepared to make use of.

Seeing the gryphon make a straight dive to him he gritted his teeth. If she thought he was going to be taken in by some two bit hunter, she had another thing coming. His horn lit up unwrapping the bundle on his back revealing his old partner, an black iron war hammer. Gripping it with his magic he swung it at his charging opponent, attempting to knock her from the sky.

((Ahahaha 7. And then 17 to fail to shrug off the hit.))

Razma certainly wasn't expected to get hit immediately like that. The heavy hammer smashed her on the back, sending her plummeting down, landing in the water with a splash. There were a few bubbles marker where she went down, then nothing.

Angered by the blow, Razma stayed down, swimming away from where she hit the surface. Her rear legs were badly bruised, but that shouldn't matter in the end. Once she had some space between herself and where she went down, she surfaced again with a shriek, throwing her heavy net at Shaker Down.

((31 for the sneak attack, because ropes!))

(Agility: 9 which is a fail. so tangled XD)

Shaker turned with a snort thinking that was that. It was an easy enough thing to deal with seeing her hit the water. He started to walk away when a shriek reached his ears, spinning in time to get hit with a net. A net of all things! With a curse he struggled to the floor as it tangled up with him.

Razma smiled grimly as the net fell in place around the unicorn, tightening around him as she jerked on the lead. She flew in again, picking up the net and starting to fly high with it.

"Let's see how you like getting dunked."

Then she dropped him, still in the net, right into the water. She held onto the end of the rope, of course - she wasn't getting the full bounty if she didn't bring him in alive, after all.
